Dominick Gladstone, Producer / Director

Dominick Gladstone began his career in New York; in his early teen years he worked in radio and produced recruitment videos for the private high school he attended. His next step was to become a nightclub DJ and that would lead him into the promotion arena.

As Gladstone’s media production career progressed, he also established a reputation for creating innovative and effective advertising and promotion campaigns. Dominick coordinated projects for a large New York City television production facility that did work with clients such as NFL Films, Saturday Night Live, and NYC based advertising agencies.

He was a founding partner of the Marstone Group, Inc., an east coast based advertising agency. Dominick became known as an astute advertising and public relations conceptualist, assisting small and medium sized businesses in executing profitable marketing strategies, including producing television commercials. Due to his creativity and strategic expertise, Gladstone has also assisted several start-up businesses with strategic planning and image building.

In Southwest Michigan, he has been an integral participant in numerous new business development campaigns, consulting for internationally known companies such as Pharmacia & Upjohn (Then Pfizer), Stryker Medical, and Ameriprise Financial Services.Mr. Gladstone was Director of Public Relations with a prominent West Michigan advertising agency, directly responsible to the CEO for managing the agency’s self-promotion through print, events, and electronic media, designing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan involving each department, as well as facilitating the agency’s internal and external communications. When agency ownership changed, Dominick accepted a Marketing Director position with a West Michigan Internet development company where he once again developed new business, built relationships with clients, and produced websites.

Mr. Gladstone has also assisted with and produced many special events. Notably, he was given the honor of producing the year 2000 prestigious Addy (Advertising) Awards (in Grand Rapids, MI), and was judged by his colleagues to have created the most successful ceremony they had seen in some time. He was previously Public-Relations Coordinator for Franklin Lakes’ “75th Anniversary Celebration” in New Jersey. Mr. Gladstone served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Kalamazoo Area Volunteer Center, as Chairperson for the Public Relations’ Committee, producing successful fund-raising events. Dominick also produced several upscale events for Ameriprise Financial Services.

Dominick served for 12 years as Video Director at Christian Life Center producing live streams and an online international television program. He served as Chairperson for the Substance Abuse Task Force Prevention Team and is currently the Community and Donor Relations person for the annual Coming Together Conference on addiction and recovery, serving with some well-respected members of the community.
